Adult Day Care Services

Family Home Health Care understands how trying it can be for family members to manage the care of a loved one. Adult Day Health Care is a wonderful solution for persons who have physical problems, chronic illnesses, Alzheimers or other dementia disorders, difficulty communicating with others, or other physical problems. Hours are flexible and private pay rates are available.

Family Home Health Care Adult Day Health Care programs provide the following services

Social Services
Personal Care Services
Rehabilitation Therapy
Nursing and Medical Services
Recreational Therapy & Activities

Adult Day Health Care services are Medicaid approved.
Transportation and meals are provided at all Adult Day Health Care Facilities.

Our staff will be happy to assist you and coordinate approval and admission in conjunction with the Kentucky Department Of Medicaid.
